Singapore - Signature at Yishun, whose developers are touting as "the most affordable executive condominium (EC) in 2015", will start accepting online applications on Sept 11, the same day that Singapore goes to the polls for the General Election.
The 525-unit project by JBE Holdings will be going head-to-head with an EC by City Developments (CDL) next door, which has not yet been launched.
JBE has not revealed the pricing for Signature at Yishun. This will only be announced on Sept 24, two days before the actual booking day.
Property agents are expecting the project to be price at around $750 per sq ft.
Signature at Yishun is located at Yishun Street 51 and bound by Lower Seletar Reservoir and the golf course of Orchid Country Club.
Its amenities have been designed to reflect Singapore's heritage. These include a Dragon Playground, "Chapteh" Terrace, "Five Stones" Lounge Pods, Nostalgia Trail and Heritage Walk.
The development will feature two-, three- and four-bedroom unit designs. Sizes range from a two-bedder at 764 and 775 sq ft to a four-bedroom premium unit at 1,302 sq feet.
